Post Construction Cleaning

Please be aware that the minimum duration for this service is 6 hours; however, the cleaning time may vary based on the size of the property. For a more precise estimate, feel free to reach out to us at  307-264-0173.

Regular cleaning is performed plus:
​

Clean walls and floors

Use a soft-bristled brush or vacuum cleaner attachment to remove dust or debris from

walls.

Wipe down barriers with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any remaining dirt.

Use a mild detergent to clean any stains or marks on painted walls.

Sweep or vacuum up any debris from floors, then mop with a mild detergent solution.

Wash Tiles, Glass, and Wooden Surfaces properly

Use a non-abrasive cleaner to clean tiles and grout.

Clean glass surfaces, such as windows and mirrors, with a glass cleaner and a microfiber

cloth.

Interior window cleaning (max. 7ft.)

Use a wood cleaner and a soft cloth to remove dirt or stains on wooden surfaces.

Vacuuming carpets to remove any leftover debris from the construction job.

Disposing of all trash and removing leftover material

including recyclying

Sweep, scrub, mop floors

cleaning all dirt, paint, and other material from each surface.

Clean and dust the tops and sides of doors, cabinets, shelves, counters, etc.

removing dust, dirt, and grime.

Dust and clean windowsills, ceilings, ceiling fans, handrails, banisters, ect.

removing dust, paint, tape marks, etc.

Remove all packaging, tape, plastic, etc.

Dust grates and vents

Clean inside of closets

Clean all appliances (kitchen, bathroom, laundry)
