Making sure heating/cooling, boiler, fire alarms, propane levels, thermostats, etc. are working properly.

On-call 24 hours a day to respond to alarms or other emergencies

Thorough walk around of the house and property

Availability to communicate with owner’s guests

Communication and coordinate with service companies; landscaper, snow removal company and more
